Before Potomac Appliance Repair existed, the two of us spent years working as appliance repair technicians — diagnosing broken washers, fixing refrigerators that wouldn’t cool, and getting ovens back to working order for families across the DC Metro area. We learned the trade from the ground up, one repair at a time.

In 2023, we decided to stop working for someone else and start doing things our way. We founded Potomac Appliance Repair with a simple idea — homeowners in Northern Virginia, Maryland, and DC deserve fast, honest appliance repair at a fair price, with no upselling, no runaround, and no surprise fees. We started with the skills we’d built over years in the field and a commitment to doing right by every customer.
Growing Through Word of Mouth
We didn’t grow through advertising — we grew because our customers told their neighbors.
